What Is a Prayer Summit?

Prayer summits aren't conferences with some prayer sprinkled in; they're concerts of prayer. Most of the conversation is vertical, not from the stage to the audience or between fellow attendees. Prayer summits unite us with the God who loves us, calls us, and equips us to carry out His mission in the world. Prayer summits build relationships between participants like few other events can because we have the privilege of hearing the heart cries of our sisters and brothers. We pray better when other parts of the Body voice praises and concerns that never would have crossed our minds, and we can add our amens to their prayers.

This is more than an event to attend. It is an opportunity to participate. As the Body of Christ gathers in unity, every voice in prayer helps lift up our churches, leaders, schools, families, businesses, nonprofits, and neighborhoods before God.

If you have a heart for Tucson, you have a place in this gathering. Come worship. Come pray. Come seek God for our city.
